Legitimacy for the treatment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Formalization, execution and development of legal and\/or contractual relations between the data subject and CITeS.<\/p>\n\n

Compliance with legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n

Legitimate interest of CITeS.<\/p>\n\n

Addressees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Public agencies and administrations.<\/p>\n\n

Financial institutions for collection management.<\/p>\n\n

Insurance companies, for the management of the student's insurance.<\/p>\n\n

Entities collaborating with CITeS, of various kinds, to carry out procedures directly related to university activities.<\/p>\n\n

Universities or educational centers collaborating and\/or partnering with CITeS (for example: Pontifical Theological Faculty Teresianum<\/em> of Rome), in case of participation of the student, requested by the student, in programs taught jointly with these collaborating centers.<\/p>\n\n

Rights of the interested party<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

You have the right to access, rectify and delete data, limit its processing, oppose its processing and exercise your right to portability of personal data, all free of charge, as detailed in the complete information on data protection.<\/p>\n\n

You may exercise these rights by writing to the Centro Internacional Teresiano Sanjuanista (CITeS), calle Arroyo Vacas 3, 05005 \u00c1vila, or to secretario@mistica.es<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

In order to process your request, it is essential that you previously prove your identity by sending us a copy of your ID card, NIE, Passport or equivalent document. Otherwise, your request will not be processed. <\/p>\n\n
