THE REGISTRATION FEE IS 250 EUROS
What does your registration include?
- Access to the Lienzo Norte Conference Centre (venue of the Meeting) and use of its facilities.
Lunch every day and refreshments during coffee breaks.
- Recreational activities and cultural events.
- Certificate of Registration.
- Simultaneous translation: Spanish, French, Italian and English.
- One Carmelite cultural excursion on Sunday, 26 July, including bus transport, tickets, a guide, and a picnic bag.
- Participant's bag (notebook, pen, folder with documents, cap, etc.)
Not included.
- Accommodation. Each participant must find, book and pay for their own accommodation.
- Breakfast and dinner.
- Transport to the Conference Centre from your accommodation.
- Other expenses, such as private sightseeing tours or entrance fees not included in the scheduled excursions.
- Medical insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Registration for the congress will be valid once payment has been received and confirmed, either by bank transfer or through the online platform.
If a participant cancels their registration, the following charges will be applied to the total amount paid, depending on the cancellation date:
- Until March 31st, 2026: 5% administrative
- From April 1st until May 15th : 25% cancellation
- From May 16th onwards: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued using the same payment method and within a maximum of 30 business days from the date of the request.
Exception: In duly justified cases (for example, serious illness or unforeseen situations that prevent attendance), the organization may individually assess a partial refund or the transfer of the registration to another person designated by the participant.
